Matt Snow Plumbing and Tiling

Three other plumbers contacted didn't get back to me. Matt Snow answered the phone himself and said he could help later that same day. He turned up at the time arranged, assessed the work, went off to get parts and came back to complete the job. He worked very hard. He was conscientious, kind and extremely helpful. I would recommend him 100%.

Matt completed a bathroom refit including the fitting of a new bath, basin and shower screen. He also tiled a large area of the bathroom including some awkward hard to reach spaces. Got Matt in to fit a new sink into our kitchen - this is the second time we've used him and, as before, he was very professional, gave us a good price and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

Matt came round quickly when asked to look at the job - fixing a leaking shower tray, re-tiling the shower walls, re-installing a shower thermostatic control and fitting a new enclosure. We agreed what the job would entail, how long it would take and he gave us a reasonable quotation for the work involved. Matt was able to fit in with our timetable, the job was done on time, with no surprises on price. Matt was prompt turning up, he worked hard and was very tidy. We have recommended him to friends.

Matt did various work for me: Extended tiling around the bath up to the ceiling, attached a cabinet, fitted a shower screen and rail, fixed a leaking toilet, removed tiles and re- grouted shower cubical, fixed leaky tap, and resealed around kitchen sink. I am super pleased with what Matt has done, the finish is a very high standard. He was very hard working, he explained options clearly, sourced all the materials for me, and completed the work quicker than I thought. I agree with other reviewers, Matt is very professional, tidy and hardworking. His fees are very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to others.

Following a recommendation from a friend, whose bathroom he re-tiled, Matt renovated our bathroom. Very reliable and hard worker, the work was done in a timely period and Matt was both friendly and professional. Hope to use again when we re-tile our kitchen as was very impressed with his work. Definitely recommend.

Matt completely re-tiled our Bristol bathroom (including a new moisture check board) and toilet, shaving and rehanging both doors; fitted a new, modern dual-flush cistern to the w. C. ; fitted a timed extractor fan to the bathroom; removed an old, unsafe wall heater; upgraded our shower unit; fitted a new bath screen; re-sealed around our bath; fitted a new bath shelf, a new bath mixer tap and new individual handbasin taps. He did all this (and the removal of units, refitting, filling and replastering involved) within one week, without leaving the house's inhabitants without a toilet at any time they were there. The workmanship was superb. Matt is a friendly, helpful, trustworthy and highly competent craftsman and did all this work at a very reasonable price, representing good value for money.

Matt recently renovated our bathroom after we used him to do the bathroom in our old house and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. As other reviewers have said, Matt is incredibly tidy and his work is of really good quality. He arrives early and was really good at helping us choose fittings. He's excellent value for money and a very friendly and trustworthy guy.

I'm doing a large house / renovation job and I needed urgent help with some plumbing on the underfloor heating over the weekend. I called Matt on Saturday evening and he was there at 1000 on Sunday morning. We couldn't fix the problem without going to the plumbers merchants (which were shut) but he spent a few hours doing everything he could, was very reasonably priced (when he could have quite easily charged a premium) and was all together a very sound guy. I'm not usually one for writing reviews (in fact this is my first) but I felt I'd be doing him a dis-service not to try and help his business when he tried hard to help me.

Matt is a clean tidy workman and the quality of work is second to none. Arrives EARLY and leaves late and the workspace is tidied before he departs. Meticulous is the word I was looking for. He has recently done more work for me and the standard is still the same. He is a gem.

Matt recently completed a total refurbishment of the bathroom, including all the tiling and painting. He was also happy to help with some additional jobs we needed doing in the home. Very professional and excellent standard of work. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. Since writing a review in 2012, we have used Matt several times for small plumbing jobs and most recently he refurbished our main bathroom. As always he has done a great job, very reliable and worked hard and was also helpful in sourcing products. Still highly recommended.

I employed Matt to decorate my father's bungalow inside and out, including papering 2 of the bedrooms. The work was excellent and finished in the time-scale I requested, and the bungalow was left clean and tidy. I would certainly use Matt again.
