Masters Fitness is a family run fully equipped personal training gym in the Ribble Valley.

Based at it's own fitness studio inside Brockhall village in the Ribble Valley, the company originally started out in 2002 and the founder has over 15 years of experience in the Fitness profession.

Masters Fitness are here to provide you, with the motivation, the skills and the guidance, to maximise your fitness targets, your optimum health, and to promote an energetic, enjoyable and productive lifestyle.

From the very first meeting with your personal trainer, your good intentions will transform into satisfying and permanent gains to your health, well being and fitness.

The company is managed by Daniel Masters who has been working in the Personal Trainers market for many years. Having previously worked for a number of different personal training companies in Lancashire.

With 6 full time members of staff, this personal training gym in the heart of the Ribble Valley has a group of professional fitness coaches who are qualified to a very high level and with years of experience in both personal training and health and wellness.

Enabling clients to lose weight, as quickly as possible, the masters personal training supplies clients with the tools they need to get the results they need and want, even after they have finished there training sessions. With state-of-the-art facilities and polite staff, the service is intended to bring maximum results with the minimum of stress without the hustle and bustle of going to a busy gym.
