Having been ignored by a number of computer engineers who did not reply to my phone calls, I came upon Mark Wright who is Friendly, efficient, and professional, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in need of repairs to their computer.

An excellent service: fixed my power jack within a couple of hours for a price much lower than a high street company. Very helpful that my laptop was picked up and dropped back off for me. Days later I damaged my screen and needed it replaced, emailed him on Sunday and by 3 oclock on Monday I had a brand new screen that was a higher quality than my last. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Sorted out the wifes frozen up computer in less than half an hour brilliant service and value for money.

My laptop had a cracked LED and I emailed Mark on Tuesday to ask (optimistically, I thought) whether he'd be able to fix it by Friday as I was going away at the weekend. He responded to say that he would pre-order the part immediately to arrive the next morning (I hadn't paid a thing by this point). I didn't have my car the next day so I dropped it in that evening instead ready for when the part arrived on Wednesday. I got a call lunchtime Weds to say it was ready. He then went the extra mile - literally - by coming by to my workplace to drop it off to me on the way to another job that afternoon. The whole thing cost less than the excess would have been if I claimed on my insurance, and the repair work is guaranteed for a year. The screen is working perfectly and my laptop looks good as new again.

Mark fixed my problems 3 times on 3 machines absolutly brilliant.

My laptop was crashed and had been looked at by a software specialist who was stumped. Mark came round, analysed the problem, fixed it, improved the speed and put in a free security software which he recommended. I think it took slightly longer than an hour but he charged me for an hour very reasonably in the light of his evidenced knowledge and experience. Highly recommended.

I chose Mark to fix my laptop as other PC repairers in the area were charging a great deal more. He also offered to collect it and drop it off. My laptop was basically not working, due to viruses, etc. , even though I had a very reputable virus protection. This had also become corrupt. I thought it was past saving to be honest. Mark collected, fixed and dropped off my laptop whilst I was at work. The price he charged was much more reasonable than I expected. Can't fault the service I received.Thanks!

Gave mr Wright to fix intermittent power jack on a laptop. 5 days after soldering and taking it apart by this "businessman" laptop was completely dead. Phoned him-was ignored. He promised to come and to have a look-never did! No guarantee on repairs what so ever so his remark about "we can resolve any issue" not worth even reading.

Mark fixed my computer after another repairer left it in tatters despite charging me top dollar. Mark did a first class job at a very fair price but, regrettably, he was very difficult to get hold of when I needed some extra bits done even though I paid him more than his asking price.

A overall poor service. Thumbs down.
