For customer piece of mind, I only offer visits to there home or work. If the Item/Items can not be Repaired on site, then I shall take them away with me and a receipt will be given to prove Item was collected by me for repair. Like wise when Items are returned, An Invoice/Receipt will be issued. All Jobs are priced so customers know how much they are paying, if for some reason it is going to cost more, the customer will be notified before the extra work is carried out, They then have the final say if they wish to proceed or not.
