We had excellent service from Charlie Slater and team. We have a stunning marble fireplace fitted expertly, quickly and no fuss. 100% recommendation from me.

We visited their workshop. Selected and designed how we wanted the marble surround and electric fire for a flat wall. Delivered and installed - absolutely perfect and stunning. Installation was professionally done, careful, precise and without any damage or mess.

Absolutely brilliant service. Charlie even waited on a Saturday afternoon for us to arrive from Nottingham at 2. 30pm to their showroom. (they officially close at 12. 30) Product was made and delivered on the due date and was so easy to install. We fully recommend this company for quality and service. Absolutely spot on. Bought this fireplace for my mother in law and she is delighted at the quality. Delivery was quick and the price was better than local stores. Updates on delivery were accurate and as promised. Charlie the owner was very helpful also on deciding choice. Online paying was a slight hiccup but actually pay on delivery worked well.

I'm a returning customer to Mabletech and delighted yet again with the helpfulness, friendliness and above all - the quality of my custom-sized Rydale fireplace. Beautifully made by Charlie and his team of craftsmen at Marbletech, with the finishing touches of mitred edges on all edges & a soft light to keep the fireplace a focal point in the room, even when the fire itself isn't on.

We recently ordered a marble fireplace and fire from Marbletech; the service we received right from the point of our first enquiry through to delivery was first rate. Although there was a slight problem with part of the item on delivery this was resolved within hours and completion of the order was carried out rapidly and efficiently. The staff were at all times courteous and friendly with no pressure on us to buy at any time. Charlie spent a good hour and a half just listening to us and answering our queries; John, who actually delivered the fireplace, was brilliant - he was extremely helpful both in relation to the delivery and fitting of the fireplace. The end result is a fireplace which not only compliments our lounge but also completes the overall appearance of it. I am a professional gas fitter and install a lot of fireplaces. I found marbletech to be very efficienct and friendly. Making me a bespoke hearth ready for installation in a matter of days. Excellent service. Will be using them again.

I can't speak highly enough of the fireplaces I purchased. Delivery was on time and my husband was given verbal instructions on how to fit. They look superb and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase one.

Marbletech were a pleasure to deal with from first dealings when I placed the order for a new fireplace. I wanted slightly different measurements than the standard measurements, this was no problem for a small extra cost. It was made to order and delivery time was only 3 weeks, very impressive as other companies had quoted over three months. The delivery was free and on time. Really pleased with the fireplace. Though I would recommend customers order a sample first,I didn't and colour was slightly darker than I expected. This was not a problem for me as I knew I was ordering from a photo on my computer which will never be a truly accurate representation. Excellent company and would definately recommend them. Would not hesitate to recommend. Fireplace was supplied in double-quick time. Thank-you, Charlie. Was given delivery time of 10am, and driver arrived at 9. 30am. Charming delivery man unloaded and checked all pieces, and explained re fitting, etc. Fireplace now in situ and looks great - at a much better price than available on the High Street, and delivered much quicker (within a week). Have not had reason to contact further, but impression is that customer services would quickly and efficiently follow up any issues.
