Primarily it was so helpful to find someone who offered to come to your home. Admir replied to my e. Mail and came and solved the problem swiftly and efficiently in a professional and friendly way. Admir was fantastic. We had a sudden corrupted hard drive problem just weeks ahead of A levels with two vital files which hadn't been backed up yet. Admir came out the same day - at the weekend - and recovered the files before installing a new hard drive. It's worked perfectly ever since. Can't recommend him too highly.
