Wow, what a truly helpful and lovely gentleman to speak to. Customer service at it's best.

Even during the Covid-19 lockdown Maz was happy to advise me on an electrical problem I was having with my 12 year old Primrose awning. He patiently assisted me via phone to diagnose the problem and despatched a replacement control box. Mine had become waterlogged in the February storms, but at 12 years old it could be forgiven. I should point out that Maz didn't supply or fit this awning, but was still happy to help with a very low cost solution. I would highly recommend anyone who wants any kind of awning to contact Maz at Manchester awnings first. .

Fantastic service from the very first phone call through to installation. Very good prices, excellent communication and competent service. Installation of awning and heater usually takes 2-4 hours but because of my old, crumbling bricks, specialist tools were needed and it took more than 6 hours. They still got the job done on the same day and it looks great. Manchester Awning were a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended.

The service from Muatez and Firas was absolutely fantastic and without fault. They took down our 7m electric awning in Manchester and safely transported it into our garage (up 12 steep steps! )ready for our house move. Within 2 days of our house move they re-instated it at our new house in North Wales - a better install than when it was originally installed by the manufacturers. At all stages Muatez kept me up to date, they were on time on both visits and exceeded our expectations. Muatez and Firas contacted us promptly to arrange the fitting of our 5m full cassette electric Primrose Awning. They arrived with their professional equipment, tools and additional accessories at the arranged time. 5 hours later their precision job was completed and is everything we were hoping for. Just to say thanks to Muatez for the refitting of our replacement awning cover. The service was second to none and the price was the best we could find !
