I work with all ages groups Children, Adolescents and Adult's offering different types of Therapy, Family Therapy and Counselling. I set up Manchester and Trafford Therapy and Counselling as a result of the amount of private therapy requests.

I have 19 years of experience working as a Therapist/counsellor in schools, colleges, and several local government services. I work with a variety of problems such as anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harming, eating disorders, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress and lack of direction in life' addiction, couple therapy, training and parental support. I receive regular supervision in line with BACP requirement.

I run Manchester and Trafford Therapy and Counselling know as MATTAC. I also work for the medical Education service as a therapist with young people struggling in education. I am trained in both adult and child therapy.
