Amazingly friendly, competent, professional. I was offered a drink on arrival, explained the process and given loads of encouragement. This was my first time in a recording studio as a vocalist - definitively going back! . Great care and attention to what I wanted. Truly great experience. Thanks Graham and Marco!

My group of friends bought me a recording session as a birthday present as they all know secretly its a longlived dream of mine to do something with singing. I'm very nervous when it comes to my singing especially when it comes to performing infront of people, not necessarily big crowds just anyone! So when it came to the big day you can imagine I didn't feel my usual calm self. I was so nervous, especially walking into the studio. However, as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two very friendly ladies, one I'm afraid I can't remember her name (sorry! ) but the second was Natali, who was my sound engineer. Immediately, I felt calmer knowing that I had Natali, she just had this calmness about her that was so infectious. I think she could tell I was completely pooing myself to put it lightly but she just knew what to say to make me feel so at ease about the whole thing. She took me into a back room (not in a dodgy way!) where the equipment was, we had a brief chat so she could get an idea what I was after and then we started. Two of my friends came with as well who just chilled on the sofa enjoying the show. I started the first song as a practise, which afterwards Natali was so impressed by! She said I was being completely modest and to be honest I really did believe her. This set me up for the rest of the session perfectly. Overall, I had the most amazing experience. Considering how nervous I was and so close to walking out, if it wasn't for Natali I probably would have! She did her thing so well, really helped with advice and tips. Amazing find. I didn't expect much for the price but UC ticked all the boxes. I did vocals with Natalie. Really professional and competent. Great atmosphere. Def recommend.

I am still buzzing from a fantastic 2-hour recording session at Urban Chain studios today. It was my first time and I was pretty nervous but Natalie, the brilliant sound engineer who did my session was incredibly patient and skilled at putting me at my ease. She produced an excellent sound for me, totally got my music and I will definitely be heading back to work with her on my EP. Highly recommended!

A friendly and professional studio where, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was made to feel comfortable and any nerves I had were soon gone! Will DEFINITELY be recommending Urban Chain Recording Studios to friends and family - without hesitation!

Booking process was easy and everyone we spoke to was welcoming and helpful, providing us with sites from which to obtain backing tracks in advance. To be honest, we didn't really know what to expect as not something we would usually do. The girls were very nervous and a bit shy, but were soon put at ease and were gently advised by the very patient Paulo and not intimidating at all. They had time left in their 2 hour session after recording the 4 tracks they had prepared, and were encouraged to do some more and use their time effectively. Love the disc and still playing it in my car. We were a track short at first, but this was easily rectified by e-mail afterwards. Relaxed and effective. Would definitely like to do it again in the future, although M25 and rush hour Croydon traffic a bit offputting.

Bought a one hour session for my niece for her birthday. Studio is easy to find, really friendly and excellent facilities. Paolo our sound engineer was lovely - giving lots of useful advice and direction. Hoping to book another session. Would definitely recommend.

I had a four hour session at the studio where I recorded 4 songs. Was really enjoyable - the Producer/Engineer I worked with was great. Very encouraging and thorough when it came to the edit. Very pleased with the outcome - will definitely use again.

I had a really good time at urban chain studios. It was my first time recording at a professional studios and it was something that I really wana experience again. Anthony was very helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. Along with that, he made me feel really relaxed so thank u! :-).

On the 25/03/2013 I had a four hour session at Urban Chain Studio, this was. A gift from my daughter who came along with me. On arrival we were made very welcome. Natalie who recorded/mixed and masteredmy session was a joy to work with. I was surprised at the amount of recording we achieved in the time. Will certainly come back again. Had such a wonderful time recording with the Urban Chain Studios! Came out with a fantastic material consisting of two decent covers and loads of inspiration. Very friendly atmosphere, very supportive and professional team. Great facilities for both bands and soloists. Definately looking forward to coming more often :).

I was given the 2 hour session from my mum and dad for christmas. I felt a bit nervous on my way there, by the time I got there I was as scared as could be. We were greeted with friendlyness. After doing my first song I started to calm though still just a little nervous. By the time I done the next was even calmer, which I think shaun helped. Made me feel that way. All I can say is a big thank-you and hope to return. Anyone going or thinking of going I know you wont be disappointed theese guys are fab.

When I arrived, I was possibly the most nervous I have ever been but needn't have worried as Amy and Natali made me feel so welcome and instantly at ease. I would recommed Urban Chain to anyone looking to record for the first time for the above reason not to mention the quality of the finished product and would love to go back. Thanks Guys :-).

After recording at Urban Chain for four hours I didn't want to leave. Nat made me feel so relaxed when I got nervous, she gave good advice and I am so happy with the outcome! For anyone who wants a decent, friendly studio with beautiful decor then this is where they need to go! I will definitely be coming back!

Hi. My Name is Steve, and where do I start? Well this was my first time in a recording studio I’ve only ever did the odd Karaoke song at my local, the people at Urban Studios made me feel so welcomed, and took the time to explain what would happen, and they also let me do things at my own pace, but at the same time gave me advice on the best way also kept it very easy when they explained what I needed to do in 4 hours I managed to record ten songs happy no over the moon thanks guys.

I got a two-hour recording session as a Christmas gift, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Anthony was very welcoming when I arrived, and Paolo was so easy to work with, very encouraging, and clearly a master of his craft.
