My hard drive failed, and of course I hadn't backed up my work. Every computer user's worst nightmare. Macwiz came to my rescue and were able to retrieve all my data, fit a new hard drive, and reload the information. So I was ready to resume work after two or three days. They kept me posted about progress each day, and eventually texted me when the repair was complete. A business lifesaver. Since then they have helped me transfer work files over to a new iMac, and offer invaluable help with other issues. An invaluable business lifeline!
