When I had problems with the hard drive of my MacBook Pro this is what I did…. First I turned it off, then I turned it on! Next I thought about it. Having thought about it I realised the best solution was to phone Mike at MACUK and get the right fix. On this occasion a new Solid State Drive was installed and the MacBook Pro has never been faster or more stable.
I have known Mike for about twenty years. He is always honourable and truthful, not to mention helpful and knowledgeable. His rates are very reasonable, yet he provides a first class service. I bought an iMac a little less than two years ago on Mike's recommendation. It took me a while to make the decision but it was excellent advice and I relied totally on his judgement. It was no mistake to do so. Mike set it all up for me. He ensured that all my settings were just as I want them and that I got all my data over from my Dell. We live about two and a half hours apart so, to do that, he even came and stayed at my house overnight so that the job would be completed in one go and at first hand. If I don't know something, whether simple or complicated, I can always ask Mike. In the unlikely event that he doesn't know the answer, he will find it. He will always provide high quality advice, if required. Mike also knows a lot about MicroSoft too so, whilst being Apple orientated, he has the big picture. I always contact Mike about any Apple issue that I might have and he can connect to my iMac, if required, so the distance doesn't matter which is is really useful. I would recommend him to anyone needing support on iMac and other Apple issues (and other computers too if you haven't yet seen the light!).Moreexpand_more
