We have had numerous works carried out by Alistair over a number of years and always exceeds our expectations. Reliable, trustworthy and always punctual and extremely tidy. We would recommend Mackenzie Contracts for all jobs large or small.

Alistair was quick getting back to me, the same evening I'd requested the job to be done. He arrived at a time agreed by me to check out what was required and then emailed the quote. He had to order a new shower cabinet and the only holdup was from the manufacturer. Alistair kept us in the loop throughout the delay, which wasn't his fault. Job carried out to an excellent standard and bathroom left in pristine condition. Will recommend his services to anyone who asks.

Alistair has carried several jobs for me ranging from small (sourcing and fitting weather bars) to large (complete conversion of an extension including sourcing and fitting of bespoke tri-folding doors). He is thoughtful in his approach and careful with his work, taking pride in everything he does. His costs are very reasonable with a thorough site inspection prior to starting the work to give an accurate quote. Perhaps the biggest compliment I can pay him is that he is the only tradesmen I would be happy to say 'use your judgement' to!

The work was due to a burst pipe in my kitchen Mr Mackenzie had to replace the existing sink unit and replace flooring, work was of a very high standard - I love my new tiled floor. I also had a new door fitted to the kitchen which is great and am considering getting Mr Mackenzie to put another of the same style in the lounge.
