This company was going to charge me £400 for a repair apple would do for free under warranty.

Amazing turnaround on my repair and less than half the price of a new logic board from Apple, so no complaints there. Customer service could have been a lot better. I didn't get a real explanation of what was actually wrong with my mac, just a price to repair. For gods sake don't accidentally press the wrong buzzer on the door (downstairs is a PC repair shop) as a very rude old man will open the door and look at you like you scum. All in all, amazingly quick diagnostic and repair, but customer service is lacking.

My dead MacBook needed a new logic board, the cost of which would have been well on the way to the cost of a new laptop. Instead, Ollie was able to repair the existing logic board at a cost fo one third of the figure quoted elsewhere. Specialising in Macs, this guy knows his stuff, and is recommended to anyone whose Mac needs looking at.

Super knowledgeable, honest, quick, friendly and explains technical stuff in a way I can actually understand. He was very polite and friendly as well. That is super important in my book!
