About M3 Floodtec

M3 Floodtec is a UK specialist in property flood resilience, providing solutions for residential, commercial and infrastructure projects across the UK. We support customers throughout the process, from initial property surveys and technical advice to in-house manufacturing, professional installation and ongoing maintenance.

Our extensive product range includes flood doors, flood barriers, timber flood gates, flood windows, anti-flood airbricks and other property flood resilience measures. We offer a range of independently tested, BSI Kitemark™ certified products, including flood doors and barriers, as well as the world's first BSI Kitemark™ certified Anti-Flood Airbrick.

Based in Droitwich, Worcestershire, M3 Floodtec also owns and operates one of only three BSI-approved Flood Test Facilities in the UK. Our purpose-built facility supports product testing to the latest BS 851188 British Standard, alongside research, development and product demonstrations. This in-house capability enables us to continually develop and test flood resilience solutions while supporting higher standards across the industry.
