Mark installed a toilet for us. He had to make the room as well. He did a excellent job. He was always here at stated times. His quote was realistic and fair. He worked diligently and always cleaned up at the end of each day. I would strongly recommend using him.

Solid granite tiles laid to ground floor and bathrooms - Mark at M&M Home Improvements has done an absolutely fantastic job in tiling my house. Initial response was lightning fast and a free quotation and detailed report was provided a couple of days later. There were lots of complicated cuts and I can honestly say Mark went the extra mile to make the job perfect (new build property so Mark let carpet fitters in, spoke to building manager of site, corrected work done by other trades, and worked weekends and bank holidays to get the job completed on time). There were no hidden or add on fees and the property was left immaculate. I would definitely recommend M&M Improvements to others and have commissioned them to carry out additional work on another property.

After collapse of car canopy due to snow and ice damage, contacted M and M Home Improvements who were on site within 24 hours, rubble cleared and pine end of bungalow made good, very good communication, friendly service would certainly use again.

Refit of new kitchen this task included worktops,tiling and painting. Very pleased with his work clean friendly and polite. Value for money definetly,would use his services again.

The work done was a complete bathroom refit which entailed removal of the old units and making good to all walls. The work done was great and we were kept informed of any things needed before being done, also all the work was great and very clean no mess at all ,we were very impressed with the fitting work and the cleanliness plus the fact that we were given all the discount on anything supplied, on a 10 point rating we would give a 10+ would reccomend to any one wanting a good honest days work for a fair price.

Mark was able to complete a covering for my stairs, he also fitted in a door so i could have access to the storage underneath. he is a lovely guy, very very helpful and the work he carried out was for me was great. Thank you! .

A small but intricate job was done quickly and to a very good standard with good, ongoing advice regularly given.

We first asked Mark to put a downstairs cloakroom in our small terraced house 6 years ago and such was the high standard of workmanship that since then M and M home imorovements has completed several major jobs for us e. G. Landscaping our back garden, converting an over-large bathroom into a smaller bathroom plus a small bedroom and organising major dampproofing. In addition to this, many small jobs have been completed. We were recommended by my sister for M&M Home Improvments to do some plastering in our lounge and kitchen, fit our shower and tile our bathroom floor. The service was superb! I contacted M & M Home Improvements in respect of an insurance claim when my kitchen ceiling had to come down because of a water leak. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made, Mark liaised with the insurance company and took that worry off my shoulders. We have had wide ranging work carried out by M&M at our school from fitted kitchen units, computer suites, Foundation Phase shelving/storage, refurbishment of entrance areas to the removal of an old fireplace leaving a modern opening for inset fire.
