The work was for the replacement of the main 60 amp cable for my flat. I expected good quality work, having used this firm several times before. The work fully met my expectations. We got good advice beforehand, careful attention to furnishings etc, and prompt and friendly service. The price was within the estimated range.

I thought Mark was exceptionally helpful and trustworthy and I will have no hesitation in recommending him.

I used the services of M. C. Smith to carry out several pieces of electrical work at my house. This included replacing and installing outdoor security lights, upgrading fuse boxes to meet current UK standards and installing new light fittings. Mr Smith's work was excellent. He was prompt, tidy & carried out the work to the highest standard. He always kept me informed of any work in progress, if there were any additional faults that required investigation (for which we were not charged) and he also followed up with us once the work was completed to ensure that we were still satisfied with the work he'd carried out. I would, without hesitation, ask Mr Smith to do more work for me. The only down side I can find is that he is so in demand I had to wait a little while for his diary to open up so that he could come round, but well worth the wait!

Immersion heater timer replaced and shower pullcord switch replaced. I contacted the electrician late on Monday via an online search and he got back to me that evening. He was very busy with other jobs but due to the nature of my predicament of not having any hot water he managed to fit me in at both of our conveniences less than 48hours later. He informed me of a time he would come on Tuesday afternoon and he turned up when he said he would on Wednesday morning. His work was very good, tidy and he explained everything he did and the reasons for the problems that I occurred with the two different switches. It�s very difficult when choosing an electrician especially when you don�t know how good their work is. I am very pleased that I found this electrician. Mark gave an excellent service and I would use his services again without a thought. I would recommend him to anyone.
