Lytham St Annes Bathrooms & Wetrooms

We live in a 1930 terrace house with a traditional type upstairs bathroom but due to mobility problems it had become unfit for purpose so a wet room was advised. We were apprehensive because we had heard so many conflicting opinions some good some bad. We searched the internet for a local firm and found Lytham St Annes Bathrooms. David Thornhill came down talked us through the procedure he was very reassuring so we decided to have the job done. David and Craig the tiler were very respectful to our house completed the work on time to the letter and now we have a stylish modern wet room fit for purpose. Wow ! What can I say ? We had our bathroom transformed into a wet room as my husband had recently become an amputee. From day one nothing was too much trouble and we were given valuable advice all through the process. All products and also the workmanship were top notch. They were the cleanest tidiest workmen I have had and always arrived on time. Our wet room now looks amazing, has transformed our house and is the envy of all our friends. We cannot recommend David and his team highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

Refurbishment of cloakroom, bathroom and installation of a wet room in my en suite were all completed on time and within budget. All work is of a high quality and carefully executed. I have no hesitation in recommending David and his team.

Dave and his team were awesome. From start to finish. We did not really have a vision for the bathroom. But once we had spoken with Dave, he came up with the design, and from there really there was nothing for us to worry about. I have to say the time span of two weeks also was a factor in our choice, as that meant a set time (we went away, and the bathroom was done when we got home! ) would recommend to all. Picture probably does not do the bathroom justice, but from what it was to what is is now, it is as a total strip back and start again….

Found David and his team after some hard searching because we'd had a bad experience previously and our former bathroom had been a constant source of leaks and bad workmanship ! Dave understood this time it had to be spot on and spent considerable time with us planning, showing us layouts to look at and discussing in depth our requirements. His team are great also. Great guys, very respectful of my home, ensured everything kept as clean as possible, tidied up every night. Bathroom was completed when Dave said it would be and to the highest standard. We changed our mind about one thing and Dave has sorted that out for us no problem as well as adjusting things to suit us. Our bathroom looks totally different and this time I am completely confident that we won't have any problems and even if anything were to need attention that Dave would come back to it no matter what. I can't recommend Dave and his team highly enough and we are delighted that he has turned what was a very disappointing nightmare into something that looks absolutely brilliant and is a pleasure to use plus confident we won't have any more leaks.

From the outset Dave gave us a top quality service. He listened to what we wanted and gave us great ideas. I changed my mind several times - each time he was very patient and understood that we wanted to get it right. The work on our main bathroom, en suite and downstairs WC was planned meticulously and with minimum inconvenience to us. All of the work was completed to the highest of standards and went smoothly from start to finish. I love the end result and am so glad that we found Lytham St Annes Bathrooms and Wetrooms. Lytham St Annes Bathrooms and Wetrooms recently completed the total remodelling of our bathroom and we could not be happier. Their customer service was top notch from start to finish. David spent all the time needed with us to get the design right first and he produced renders which helped us to visualise the design. He offered advice throughout. His quotation was clear and he followed it up. Just prior to the work beginning, David met with us again to ensure that all details were clear and understood. He told us how long it would take to complete the work and it was finished in the time as promised. David and his team took great care to protect the house as they were undertaking the work and cleaned up after themselves every day. We are very impressed with our wetroom - it was changed from a carpeted bathroom. The workmen were very efficient and tidy as they went. Having work done in the house caused minimal disturbance to us. The finished product is incredible and done with great attention to detail, definitely recommend the team!

I am delighted with the wet room installed by David and his team. I had an image in my head of the finished installation and it was surpassed. David understood exactly my requirements and carried out the installation to a very high standard. I was away from my property whilst the team worked and it was finished before the allotted time. What can I say about Lytham St Anne’s bathroom and Wet-rooms that has not been said in other reviews. I’ve used them before about 4 years ago when they installed a wet room. The work was outstanding and they treated my home with respect. This time I needed my main bathroom updating and also a downstairs toilet. I decided that LSABW would complete the work. I was not disappointed once again they did an outstanding job. David is excellent at delivering what you need. To sum up, if you want an excellent job, somebody who treats your home respectfully, you will not find anyone better. Would I recommend them, yes without hesitation.

What a team! They have transformed my house,ensuite and downstairs cloakroom from the usual house builders offerings into three rooms I am now extremely proud of. Professional and skilled in all areas of the project undertaken but also friendly and approachable they were truly a pleasure to use. I would use them again without question but more importantly would recommend them to my friends and contacts without hesitation.
