Our dedicated team of flooring specialists takes real pride in delivering impeccable installations every single time. With many years of expertise, our approved fitters manage the entire process: from the initial consultation and accurate measurements right through to the final laying and thorough clean-up.

Delivery Options:
Luxury Flooring and Fitting Limited delivers to addresses across the UK, including Northern Ireland. We provide a range of delivery options to suit your needs: standard delivery and a bespoke delivery service for properties with restricted access. Please note that both standard and bespoke deliveries may take up to 4 working days, depending on your location.

Cancellations and returned goods are potentially subject to a £49.50 delivery fee. Returns can only be accepted within 1 calendar month after the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Items showing signs of damage, use, or installation cannot be accepted.
- Proof of purchase order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 510 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to ourerror.
