Lee has been a fantastic help to us throughout our project. He made a very daunting task easy from the outset by reassuring us that no question was a stupid question, he liased with the structural engineers and local building inspectors to ensure the stress was taken out for us and has just generally been a great help. He has been entirely professional throughout, constantly keeping in touch with us with progress of the drawings and with any contact he has had with the other relevant parties. We highly recommend Lee Lukins and would definitely use his services again for other projects in the future.

Lee surveyed the property and made accurate technical drawings before planning the extension. His advice on the technical aspects of drainage and load bearing were beyond his brief and our expectations. The dormer extension above the garage created two additional en-suite bathrooms. Most importantly the design appears to be an integral part of the original build rather than a later addition.

Lee assisted with the design and planning for an extension on our family house. I found Lee to be excellent throughout the whole process. All of his work was completed in the time frames he promised to a very high quality. There were no issues getting planning and Lee remained available with his support throughout the project. We're having a 2-storey extension on our 3-bedroom 1925 house. Lee took the existing drawings that were used to get planning permission on to Building Regs stage. He was clear, patient and meticulous throughout. He delivered his work when he said he would, and was gracious when we changed our minds. He was able to recommend suitable builders and has liaised with them, the water company, the council and a structural engineer to keep everything running smoothly. Lee designed a new build garage for us in a conservation area, which is also within the grounds of a listed building. It was important that this was a sensitive design that could accommodate the history of the site and not look out of place. Lee rose to the challenge and came up with an excellent scheme. More importantly, Lee offered excellent advice throughout the process and was very supportive when we encountered issues with planning and listed building consent, due to a number of objections from local residents. Due to Lee's thorough detail and sensitive nature of the application, the scheme was granted consent/planning. Lee has a very pragmatic and helpful approach. Lee did some drawings for us to fill in our side return with a small extension. He was great explaining everything and with extra visits to sort a query I had on wall thickness. Would highly recommend.

Lee was hired by us to create a detailed buildings drawings package (for trades quotation and specification) for a domestic extension project. Having had a poor experience with an Architect in the past, we were wary about employing someone we didn't know. In fact from the outset Lee was completely professional and built confidence. Lee was dependable (did things when he said he would), pro-active (offered good suggestions without being pushy), and contactable (he would quickly return calls and emails). He always made time to talk on the phone whenever a technical or aesthetic decision was required, and always went the extra to accommodate our requests. I have just opened up a new Japanese cocktail bar/restaurant on Whiteladies Rd and appointed LTD to help with designs, etc. LTD was very professional and very attentive, I was 100% satisfied with the service provided. Lee himself had some fantastic ideas for the place and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Lee was recommended by the company in charge of our loft convertion. We found Lee very professionnal and approachable. Unlike other designers, Lee is also very flexible and inovative: he has come up with original solutions to optimise space in our loft convertion such as using new products available on the market to enable us using the existing rear elevation to support the loft floor beams, which saved us using an expensive steel beam whilst optimizing the head room in the loft. Lee was also very helpful, offering a very reactive support all along the building process. The project was complete with a feeling of efficient and successful team working, and the result looks just amazing.
