Loded fries

We offer a Tropical Island themed loaded fries and Caribbean fusion food trailer. See pictures of us at the 2025 Manchester Caribbean Carnival.

We can cater for approximately 400 guests.

Typical items on the menu are:
- Coconut shrimp,
- jerk doner,
- curried lamb.

Our menu can be adapted to suit vegetarian / vegans eg: Ital stew peas with pumpkin.

We are fully operation and have already had lots of experience catering on industrial estate Monday-Friday and large events like the Manchester carnival plus weddings and birthdays.

Our set up can run off grid using our own power source ie solar/generator Please let us know if you have menu ideas you would like for your event.
