LS plumbing were to install our new bathroom suit consisting of shower, loo, bath, heated towel rail and sink. The day the work commenced the apprentice put his foot through our kitchen ceiling with no apology which they got a builder mate to fix after a 4 week wait. Since Scott cannot complete the job for a further 5 weeks we employed another plumber who pointed out that the shower pipes must be chased in meaning we had to remove the false wall and tiles that Scott told us to do before he could do any further work. Also the shower pipes are not the same length or close enough together making our thermostatic shower bar wonky. The shower screen will not hold up on plaster board so is now unusable and the sink pipe we were told to plaster round and now no fixing fits its dimensions so we will have to drill a fresh hole for a new pipe which will damage the new plaster work. I feel he rushed the job and didn't plan very well causing more problems.
Response : Unfortunately you get a nightmare customer from time to time, and this was the case in this scenario.
