Hello and thank you for reviewing my details. My name is Lou and I know it can be difficult to reach out for help and feeling unsure about talking to a stranger about deeply personal matters is understandable. I offer a non-judgemental compassionate space for you to explore your concerns in a free 30 minute initial telephone or video consultation so you can get the information you need to make the decisions about the next best steps for you. I am a Private Consultant Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 18 years post-qualifying experience of providing psychological therapy, assessments and supervision in the NHS and in private practice.

Consultations are provided online only using video-call via Zoom/Skype/VSee or similar. I am accredited by the Health Care Professions Council (HPCP: PYL24700) and the British Psychological Society (BPS: 99926) and follow the codes of professional practice and conduct laid out by both the HCPC and BPS.

I am an approved provider by the following Health Insurance companies: BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva and VitalityHealth.

Due to popularity of evening appointments from 17:00 onwards, availability may be limited.

I provide online consultations in the following: psychological assessments, psychological therapy, behaviour analysis and statement analysis.
