Jamie and his team were brilliant! Lothian Bathrooms undertook a complete refurb of our bathroom along with retiling our kitchen floor. Jamie's communication, honesty and craftsmanship are all excellent.

We had a problem with water damage in a fairly new bathroom and sought Jamie’s advice on repairs Jamie provided us with excellent and honest advice to contact our previous bathroom fitters, even although this cost him our custom. We followed his sound advice and were thrilled to get our bathroom fixed for at a very reasonable price. We’re very grateful for his integrity. It is not often we see such sincerity and kindness.

Had our bathroom completely stripped out and replaced by Jamie and the team. This included removing the old water tank and false ceiling and moving the position of the bath and toilet. Extremely happy with the quality of the work and Jamie was great at keeping me updated and answering questions. Would definitely recommend.

We were very impressed by the work of Jamie and his team. We had a complete bathroom refit done, the team completed it on time and to a high standard. Jamie kept us up to date throughout with what was happening each day which we appreciated, and they cleaned up at the end which was a bonus! Jamie and his team did an excellent job in installing our new bathroom. From start to finish Jamie was promp, professional and knowledgeable. We were impressed by his communication and attention to detail. His team were great too and spotted and resolved some problems left by previous bad workmen. Jamie gave us good advice all the way through and worked hard to oversee everything. He suggested suppliers and liaised at times to make sure what we got was suitable and what we wanted. We had a total bathroom refit and could not be happier with the result. It was also good value and he was strict about following all safety guidance re COVID. We had a complete bathroom refit carried out by Jamie and his team. My partner and I couldn't be happier with the work carried out, attention to detail, and the communication at all points throughout the experience. Everyone was professional, courteous and left everything as clean as it was on day one of work.

Contacted jamie after having suffered a bad experience with our first contractor. Jamie took on the remaining work and fixed all bad workmanship that had been left. Jamie and his team have been fantastic and finished all 3 bathrooms for us. Couldn't recommend these guys enough for all their hard work and help.

I had spent a long time planning and saving for my new bathroom, so I wanted to get someone to do it who was going to treat the project with respect. On contacting a few places, Jamie was quick and helpful in his responses. Due to Covid he couldn't come over but was the most detailed person in understanding what I wanted and what the bathroom was like at the moment. He noticed issues with my current electrics which reassured me of his thoroughness and attention to detail. He was a massive help in pointing me towards a his usual supplier (Wolseley, also highly recommend) and between them made sure that the fixtures I ordered were going to be the perfect fit in my wee space. He then carefully set out the plans for the fitting and him and his team did an expert job, keeping me well informed as it progressed. I went away half way through and came back to my dream bathroom, finished amazingly. Extra touches on the finish make such a difference. Jamie and his team fitted a new bathroom for me earlier this year, and they did a really professional job. I’m delighted with it, especially the tiling. Jamie was really helpful both in terms of advice about bathroom pieces, tiles etc and fitting this job in at a time that suited best. His communication is great, he keeps in touch, is always happy to answer questions or make suggestions, as well as being polite and amiable. It was really easy having him and his team around. Due to lockdown there were a few bits and pieces that couldn’t get finished, but Jamie has been great at keeping in touch and coming back to complete. Would definitely recommend as they do a great job and are really nice guys.

Enquired regarding detached shower door, Jamie was happy to repair, not replace, ordered parts for me, kept me updated. Work was completed efficiently, great team, very pleasant. STRESS FREE. Would recommend Jamie and his team to anyone.

We were relieved after a few months of living without a bathroom due to a leak when Jamie and his team squeezed us in to give us a beautiful new bathroom in time for Christmas! Jamie and team made us a new bathroom earlier this year. We were very happy with the work done. They managed to accommodate special requests for tiling patterns from the kids and were also careful/tidy on-site (we moved out for week 1, but were at home with 4 and 7-year old during week 2). I would definitely use again/recommend to others.
