Apart from efficiently and effectively solving our problem, Konrad also restores your faith in humanity! He is brilliant, I cannot praise him highly enough. Despite many difficulties, he was patient and understanding and genuinely seemed to care about solving our blocked pipe (compared to others who could not seem to care less other than getting paid for not solving the problem! ) A really decent guy, did a great job at a reasonable price and as I say, most importantly he really did seem to care. 200% recommended, don't hesitate to call Konrad of you have a plumbing problem.

Polite, efficient service by people just trying to do a good job at a fair price. We had a drain blockage caused by chronic weed growth, and they had the right equipment to get it sorted.

I had sewage escape from a manhole on Friday afternoon the week before Christmas so called Lords of the drains and due to the urgency Konrad agreed to visit the next day Saturday morning. He spent 2 hours trying to unblock by rod and jetting without success so returned on the following Monday dug a large hole repaired the damage, backfilled and cleaned up. It was an emergency situation. Superb job sorted quickly with good communication.

Chose this company at random, based on their reviews, but really pleased that I did! From the first telephone contact, they were extremely professional. They arrived exactly on time this morning, unblocked the kitchen drain running underneath our house quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the mess and rinsed and swept the area. All at a reasonable price - lower than the other 2 quotes I had. Very polite and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.
