Longpine Roofing & Property Maintenance

Damp patches have been appearing on walls and ceilings at our property. Many we phoned either didn't bother returning our call or didn't turn up. Longpine gave us a time and date to investigate. A written quote (emailed), and completed the work within a month. Excellent. Would recommend - they only work locally.

The job we needed done initially was only small. It was difficult to find anyone who would do it for under £200. Longpine quoted £85, for under an hours work, (minimum charge) and stuck to it. They told us straight, and it was worth the money. Since then we've had other work done, after getting written quotes. All reasonable and no hidden extras. Fair local company.

Longpine constructed a patio and pathway for me and decorated/tiled my bathroom. I was very pleased with the work they did. It is a small and local company, which I liked, and Dean was polite and kept things neat and tidy throughout. There's lots of reports on the TV about bad businesses, it's nice to see there are still some genuine and trustworthy people around. Would certainly recommend.

Brilliant. I asked for a quote on my garden fence late last year, and the price was lot better then i expected. He completed the job in a few days despite weather conditions and explained to me exactly what was going on with a extremely detailed quote. The trellis fence itself was just what i wanted and is good quality wood. He leaves the garden in a respectable state afterwards, and leaves no mess. I highly reccomend.
