London Sanding Experts have over 20 years experience in the Floor Sanding, Parquet and Wood Floor Fitting and Staircase Restoration trade, and provides hardwood and softwood flooring services to clients throughout the region. Sanding Experts is based in North London and covers Upper Holloway, Highgate and East Finchley and Barnet.

Full wood floor repairs are offered, and a renovation service which includes:

- Wood floor sanding – virtually dust free
- Wooden floor supply and fitting under the skirtings ( skirting boards under cutting )
- Skirting boards, beading supply and fitting
- Staircase renovation - Buffing, Polishing and Recoating
- Wide range of stain and dye colors - Gap Filling – mass filling up to 5mm, over 5mm slivers (wood ribs)
- Floor Board Replacement (reclaim wood as well)
- Concrete hearth removal (replaced with floor boards)
- All finishes available.

The business use 98% dust free top leading brands of equipment and products such as BonaKemi, Granwax Osmo, Sadolin and Morrells.

Environmentally friendly, water based polyurethane varnish is used to combine a high degree of wear and chemical resistance within both residential homes and commercial premises, are fast drying, offering minimal disruption and produce very little odour during application and the drying process.

With just 4 full time trades people, London Floor Sanding Experts has a professional team, qualified to the highest standard.

The company is managed by LJ Markowicz who has been focusing on the Wood Floor Sanding and Fitting, Restoration and Maintenance market for many years. Having previously worked for international designers, LJ Markowicz is more than qualified to look after the company.
