I would avoid LOEA/London Online like the plague! I own a share of the freehold on a property they manage and the owner has had nothing but problems with them. They never reply to emails and never return phone calls, as soon as something starts going wrong they go radio silent. The most recent issue is that the flat is vacant and they cleared out the previous tenants belongings. However they dumped them outside my flat and they have been there coming up three weeks, despite numerous phone calls and emails. Not only have the not removed them, yesterday they added a bed and mattress to the pile! The landlord has now paid for it to be removed himself and is trying to claim the money back. This is just a number of issues he's had with them, some far more serious.

Helpful staff and took the property quickly. Was a relief after it had been empty for so long.

These agents do not respond to any call/messages/text after they create the mess. The only have remote workers who dont know anything and the only people who do refuse to pick up the phone. I would not recommend anyone placing their property with them.
