Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great master, but an absolute must for anyone self-producing/self-mixing their music and looking to improve their craft. I asked Francis to master a five song EP for me, and the results were excellent. Clarity and power added really tastefully - preserving/enhancing the push and pull within each piece. But the real value from going with LMS came not just from the mastering at the end, but the mix feedback, which he gives free of charge. Francis won’t just take your money and do the best with what you’ve given him. He will work with you to make your music do what it’s supposed to do before mastering. For someone like me who is self-producing and self-mixing - and hasn’t had the privilege of any mentoring from someone inside the music industry - this was absolutely invaluable, and gives you real insight you won’t get on YouTube. Again, free of charge. I would recommend you buy and read Francis’ book as well, where you will get many penny-drop-moment insights about mixing and arranging. Top service yet again! We've been working with Francis for the last few years and now consider the work he does as an integral part of our process. I've also personally learned a lot about the mixing process due to his instructions to correct things either my ears or set up can't hear and always in a non intrusive way. I also have to mention the very fast turn around and quick reply to emails which is always appreciated. Price is also on point especially with the free revisions, basically not finished until your totally happy with the end result. We will definitely be using LMS in the future for as long as we're all still doing it. .

Francis’s work has been absolutely fantastic. My project was starting with old audio stems from 20 years ago that had been recorded across many different sessions to varying levels of quality. My original aim was to “brush these up” and get them sounding “a bit better”. I never imagined the top notch quality that Francis would be able to get them to while still retaining all the unique little elements of character. He has truly been able to bring the old recordings up to date without losing the original feel. He has been a true pleasure to work with and I have also learned a lot from the process. Francis really nailed the mix. He brought in the warmth I was after without muddying anything, and gave the vocal this crisp, wide feel that sits perfectly in the space. You can tell he actually listened and cared about how it should feel - not just how it should sound. The little timing adjustments on the vocal were subtle but made a big difference, and the whole thing just breathes better now. Super fast turnaround, great communication. Just clean, professional work with taste. Looking forward to the next one.

Francis really helped me with my DnB track. He mixed and mastered it superbly. I was struggling to get the mix sounding right and balanced, and he done it so much justice. My track now sounds professional. He was very informative through the whole process with trying to help me get the best mix possible, and also explained his reasoning behind his process and why he does it. My experience with Francis has been nothing short of exceptional. He has provided very valuable feedback on my track for no extra charge, giving precise suggestions but also leaving the freedom to choose whatever mastering option I'd think would be more appropriate. The turnaround to complete the mastering was very speedy and the fees are more than reasonable, particularly considering the wealth of experience and dedication that he puts into his work.
