Unrelible arranged morning appointment didnt turn up. Not even a phone call to explain why wasted my day.

Ignored my text, ignored my email, did not return my call as promised. Dire.

Well what can I say, my car was feeling really sluggish when driving to drop the kids to school this morning, and I did not want to send the car to the dealer and be charged an arm and a leg so I thought why not search on the internet for a diagnostic company to check my vehicle, i called these guys and the guy on the phone without even asking any money was offering me suggestions and things to try before he even came to my home. This in my opinion was wonderful the fact he is offering me free advice and not just after my money. We couldnt fix the issue over the phone so the same day he came to my house (very convenient)i then explained the problem and he plugged a machine into my car and said my injector was gone, he also gave me a report and print out of the problem, which I then took to my local garage and had it replaced. I am really pleased with the quality of service from these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone with any car problems. Steve igwanavich.

Just want to say the service was outstanding, I had a engine management light on my audi a5 and called these guys, they came out to my work place diagnosed my vehicle and found out my car had a faulty air flow meter, then they ordered the part installed it and car works wonderful.
