SCAM. CLEANER STOLE MONEY. My partner and I had one of your cleaners around for an End of Tenancy clean. Besides the confusion when he arrived about us needing to vacate the premises we eventually agreed to go along with the cleaning. It wasn't made clear to me when I booked why or even that it was expected for us to be out before he arrived, but we had to stay as our letting agent directed us to check on the cleaning as and after it was done, and it's a good job we did. I presume we are required to leave the property so that we are unable to check on the quality of the cleaning? Checking some of the most obvious places first, we found the oven had been done very poorly; obvious things such as light switches had been ignored; even though he verbally stated "I will move [the bed to clean under", after we moved the bed, there was dust and other rubbish still present. Many surfaces were either untouched or lightly wiped including the fireplaces that retained dried wax; mug rings; the hob still had crumbs; radiators utterly undusted; kitchen sink left unclean; the dishwasher had not been touched; etc. This was absolutely dreadful service. In addition to being incompetent, the gentleman was impolite, complaining and instead of explaining the format of the end of tenancy cleaning opted to have someone call us instead. It was like he couldn't be bothered to deal with us. He was insistent that we leave, presumably because he wanted to spend the time sitting around and was visibly irritated that we were still in the area. When finished, he didn't approach us politely or ask what we thought, simply left with a smarmy "good luck" and sarcastic smile. I do not need a condescending attitude from my cleaner and I am still absolutely incensed by this. The icing on the cake is that this man charged us £15 for parking, even though the road outside our flat has free parking on weekends and bank holidays (it was a bank holiday). I suspect that he kept that from you as well. My partner and I took photos of everything, and we had to stay and complete the clean for hours after he left. This is not the level of cleaning I expect from a professional cleaning service - it should be of a higher standard than I can do. For reference, I personally spent an additional three hours cleaning the oven that he failed to do. This, coupled with the format of the tenant being required to leave the property, smacks of a scam to me. Had we left the keys to the letting agent in the state he left it in, we would not have received our deposit back. See the attached myriad of photos as proof. Since we were forced to spend so much time performing an actual clean after his failure, I expect a refund in full, including the parking fee. Unless I receive a full refund I will be posting this information complete with photo documentation on as many review outlets as possible and help ward others away from your poor service. I am absolutely taken aback by such dreadful service; I approached you in earnest as a new customer and the first instance I get this. Very poor show. Perhaps it was just this one bad cleaner that let your company down, but regardless of that I am still a paying customer. Very impressed with service provided. Booked end of tenancy cleaning for my 1 bed flat for fair price of £130. My landlord said is been delivered professional standard and I’ve got my deposit back. I had concern before to book based on social media reviews. Well done to the new management!

We have heard for your company from a friend, and we hired your people to do cleaning in the flat that we were moving out. Everything was fine, exept the windows. It was the late appointment, so cleaners probably did not see very well. We got instructions on the phone, send photos on the mail, and they booked us for next day second cleaning. This time we have booked it in the morning, so they cleaned all the windows again, and this time it was fine. I recommend everyone to book a cleaning in the morning. Everything else was exellent! You guys deserve 5 stars for everything: the time that you have spent in our property, the price was great, and that 7 days guarantee that your company is providing is the best thing.

Sorry for late response on your email and request for leaving a review. You are the best cleaning company that I have cooperated with! We moved in old house, that was needed deep cleaning! There was big brick wall that was needed a steam cleaning, but no other company accepted that risk to clean that wall. You guys accepted that, you had full insurance, so I was not worried that you would do amaizing job. Your cleaners did amaizing job! They sucessed cleaning that old wall and everything else required. House was just like a new one. Recommended company, definitely.

Good servise for extra prices. I have booked end of tenancy cleaning for my 5 bedroom flat, and you give me a great price for everything I have asked for. Walls cleaning, steam cleaning of mattresses, all limeskale was removed, kichen was cleaned perfectly, you did apsolutely everything I have asked for. There was a few spots that you have missed, we send a photos, and the cleaners came back a few days after, and finish the cleaning. Very good and dedicated team of people, very polite, and hardworking. I have recommend you to all my friends.

I hired London Cleaning System couple weeks ago for deep cleaning of my house, and I’m replying to your request to leave a comment. I’m giving you 5 stars. The cleaners arrived on time, everyone was so polite and professional, the lady on the phone, the team of cleaners, everyone. Professional cleaners cleaned my house within 4 hours, and steam cleaned all the carpets in the house. 90% of stains was removed, but that was fine, we have dog and a cat living with us, so it was hard to clean after them. We also requested steam cleaning of sofa and 4 dining chairs, and also-we got great results. The the only thing that we forgot to add on the first place was double oven, so the cleaners give us the fair price for that also. Great team of people, good expirience.

I am vegan, and I wanted my flat to be cleaned only with eco friendly cleaning products. My kids and I am alergic to many products that are usually used for cleaning, so it was very important for us that our flat was deep cleaned with eco products. Your company is the only one company that I trust, and the only one who did this job with eco friendly products, and we are so, so, so happy that you care for nature and Earth. We all should care! Our flat was cleaned, carpets was steam cleaned, and they smelled very nice and fresh after that. We do not have any complaints. The price was fair since there was used eco friendly products.

Thank you guys for cleaning my flat. My husband and I are very happy with your cleaning, although some cleaners do not speak English very well, they did amaizing job in our property. They have removed limeskale in the bathroom, we could not belive what was the final result. The cleaners are very fast so they finished with cleaning within 3 hours. Good job.

My wife and I was using this company to clean our house before we move in. It was afterbuilders cleaning and the cleaners came 2 times, because they have missed a few spots, but after all we are very satisfied with their work. I see that they have some bad reviews, I suppose that most of them are fake, competition is big in UK, but we had very good expirience with them!

I hired lcs for end of tenancy cleaning for 3 bed flat included carpet steam cleaning. Flat was in bad condition, so they charged me more, but in the end I was happy with their work.

I have used London Cleaning System on 8th ofJanuary this year, and they have cleaned my 2 bed flat. I wanted my carpets professionaly steam cleaned, because they have large stains on it. I could not belive that they have removed everything! Carpets are fresh like new one, and they smell very nice and fresh. The cleaners did great job, cleaned my oven, kichen, bathroom, everything. SCAMMERS - DO NOT USE. I would put 0 stars if I could. They arrived 8 hours late for an end of tenancy cleaning with no valid reason; took the first opportunity of us leaving briefly the flat to leave with the cleaning completely unfinished and the door to our flat wide open. They refused to take our call and when we finally spoke to Ivan, he said the cleaning was not fully guaranteed, when we had booked for a 7 days guaranteed service. My husband and I had to spend 5 hours actively cleaning to flat as we were pressed for time given the checkout was the next day at 9AM. We called/emailed them to complain afterwards to give them an opportunity for redress and we never heard back. I wish I'd read online reviews before hiring them.

Worst end of tenancy cleaning and customer service I have ever experienced! I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are scammers! They mentioned free re-cleans and deposit back guaranteed however they tried to charge us £75 for a re-visit fee BECAUSE they did a TERRIBLE job. Obviously we failed the cleanliness aspect of our checkout because of this company. To top it off I was getting YELLED at by a man on the phone when I tried to complain. He was so rude. I went back to my flat and ended up cleaning it myself (did much better than this company). Scam artists and VERY unprofessional. DO NOT use them. Truly disgusted.

AVOID! I have paid £170 for End of Tenancy cleaning… which said Deposit back guaranteed! They came, they "cleaned" but did not clean inside windows (one blind was down, they did not even open it, you could see the dust and webs…). They did not clean under/ behind furnitures, like sofas etc, did not clean on top of cabinet etc. They did not clean the bins at all. I was in contact with Ivan, the operation manager, who was very rude and unprofessional with us. I ask to get the cleaners back on the same day because the job was clearly not done. He shouted at me, saying if my landlord is unhappy to call him back! Then he said, end of discussion, I do not want to hear from you. We did checkout, my landlord was of course unhappy, and I had to fight for them to come back and clean the areas that has issues. The lady said that apparently the flat was extra dirty and to them it was clean to their standards LOL that means, leaving dust under the sofa, and dirty bins, is ok to them? I had to fight for a whole day, they finally came, my landlord was there the whole time they were cleaning, to make sure they were actually cleaning. We eventually got our deposit back. I paid for an end tenancy. Unbelievably poor cleaning and totally unprofessional, the lady was rude beyond any professional standard! Don’t waste your time and money, these people should not go into a customers facing job, as they are not qualified to do so. They clearly are unable to separate their emotions from their professional duties. And have no respect for professional boundaries, it was very distressing.

DO NOT waste your money and time with this outfit. A terrible end-of-tenancy clean first time around, hideous customer service to get it put right and a sulky and ungracious cleaner to make good her poor efforts. Operations Manager was incredibly rude and aggressive. They were late for both of the appointments, the second one with no warning and 1. 5hrs after the 2-3pm slot I was given. A really unpleasant experience. The 5* reviews are very suspicious. DO NOT USE.
