What is particularly good about Loftex is that they are specialists in loft conversions in west London - so you get 100% focus on getting the job done. Initially I was told that he may need nine weeks from planning and structural engineer's drawings, but April 2021 was dry so they were able to get ahead and all major works were completed in 6 weeks. Anyone using Loftex for creating loft space can be confident that they'll get a good job done. Recommended.

Alex's company works very hard and the quality of their work is very strong. They are polite, considerate and talk through your options well. I think they are good value for money, and you do not get nasty surprises about extra costs. The men arrive at 7:30 and will work into the evening if necessary. They finished both the loft extension and the kitchen extension in the time they said. Both are big jobs. Perhaps they can communicate a bit more effectively, and this is the only drawback I can think of. Alex is a thoroughly nice guy and a good problem-solver. I really recommend him.
