I accidentally threw away my car keys at a council tip not realising they were in my hand when I skipped an old suitcase into the hopper. I spoke to Mikail who couldn’t have been more helpful in explaining my options for a replacement. Twenty minutes after arriving I was on my way home with a new key and a lot more knowledge than when a arrived.

Had an issue with UPVC kitchen door lock no longer engaging. Came quickly and diagnosed the issue (alignment due to poor initial fitting and subsequent movement) and corrected the problem by moving the mechanism and adjustment. Recommended for fast response, cost and efficiency.
