Jake came out to me within an hour of my call, locked out with key on inside of door. Opened door in moments and advised on different lock I asked about. Polite, helpful, personable, quick, superb service. Recommend definitely.

I had tricky problem fixing a broken front door handle assembly. Locks4less on my first call took the time to guide me re suppliers and parts making an expensive call out of tradespeople unnecessary. The problem is now fixed. First class service. Cm.

Came home from work on a thursday and after opening my conservatory door I could not get it to lock at all, to make things worse I was going on holiday on the sunday. Called locks4less on the friday morning and after speaking with Arthur he suggested that it was the alignemnet of the door that was the problem and if it turned out to be the alignment it would be just a call out fee. Not only was he correct in his assesment over the fone without even seeing the door, he was able to fit me in the very next day even though it was saturday! He even text me an hour before the scheduled appiointment to let me know that he may be 5mins late as the job he was doing before hand had taken longer than expected, this kind of communication seems to be a very rare thing these days so I dint mind at all. His pricing was the best value of 4 local companys I rang and the work carried out and customer service was top notch. I would reccomend to anyone wanting a great value proffesional service. Highly recommend, very happy customer…. I rang 5 different Essex based locksmiths all about the same travelling distance and Locks4Less were the best on price and on professionalism. I had used these guys about 5 years ago to have a lock changed on a garage door, I found them as professional then as I did today. Today I was unable to get into my property, Locks4Less turned up 10 minutes early to their stated estimated time of arrival and without any damage or inconvenience managed to get me and my partner back into our home in a flash. Midnight, and on return home the key just turned and turned in the lock. The guy arrived within half an hour as promised, not only gained entry but also then spent time on the lock to ensure the problem would not be repeated. A totally professional service in all respects, even down to working very quietly so as not to wake the neighbours! First rate.

I call at approx 9am on a saturday morning. Arthur was with me about 60mins later. He managed to fix the lock on my back door in about 90mins with all the parts he required on his van. Problems with UPVC door locks, all problems solved in a professional manner, Arther arrived on time and estimated the costs. Work completed to a very high standard at a very fair price. I would recommend A G Lock Services to anybody requiring a good locksmith.

I can not praise Arthur Greenway of AG Lock Services highly enough. He is a skilled Locksmith and very efficient. I only reported my problem about 9. 30am Monday morning -got polite phone callback shortly afterwards. By lunchtime he arrived, then quickly solved the locked jammed shut Upvc double glazed rear garden door. Bonus was he had a new spare part(central gearbox unit) on his van. Job finished before 2pm. - with one visit; plus cost very reasonable. Would use again and recommend to everyone.

Following a burglary next door we asked Arthur to upgrade the locks on our three outside doors. They really saved us, recently our door had stopped working and so we called one company in to take a look and give us a quote. When they came they said this was busted that was busted and broke our letter box in the process of quoting us a huge fee but then. We called AG Lock Service for a second opinion and he looked at the door and salvaged it temporarily fixed the door looked up the mechanism we needed to replace and to our surprise quoted us almost 3 times less than the previous so called experts. He saved us a load of money and hassle and would recommend him without a second thought.
