Getting a locksmith to do a few jobs on a domestic property was becoming a painful process. Numerous companies were called (all too busy) and emailed (still waiting for replies) and then Lock Wizard was recommended to me. I called and spoke to Nigel who was busy but happy to take on the job. He did a great job and did not charge the earth.

Found this company through an internet search engine. Only one in this area with decent reviews. Nigel came out and repaired our back door, which we could not open due to an internal fault. No fuss, no mess and a really nice guy. He has also since repaired two double glazed windows that had broken internal opening mechanisms, which once again we could not open. We would certainly reccomend Nigel and his company highly.

Called out Lockwizard when locked out of the house, spare housekey left on inside of the door so unable to insert key from outside. Operative arrived about 10 minutes after the call and opened the front door ( we only use our side door normally)did not have a front door key but will in. Future. Excellent and polite service I would highly recommend Lockwizard to anyone also price was very good.

Mr briscall east ave rudheath northwich lock wizard replaced my door lock that was broken in the door. he went out of his way to get the parts needed as the parts where discontinued. and the end bill was much lower than expected ,well pleased thanks lock wizard .

Phoned lock wizard about a faulty porch door lock which had not been able to lock for some months, within the hour nigel had arrived and gave us a diagnosis of the problem and price to fix and service the door and lock, he fitted a new gearbox to the multi point as the old spindle had crumbled inside the lock , adjusted the hinges and lubricated the locking points, very resonable price and quick service , with a 12 month guarantee.

HAving recently moved in to my new home I called Lock Wizard to change my door locks to make sure no one else had keys to my property. The service offered was exceptional, explaining the best course of action, very quick and polite on arrival and he even cleaned up afterwards!
