Our fully insured, experienced and highly trained Legionella Risk Assessors are both City and Guilds and Elmhurst Energy Accredited.

Lock Stock Inventories strives to provide their clients with an efficient, reliable service, which includes detailed inventories, check-ins, mid term inspections, check-outs and legionella risk assessments for an agreed cost and within an agreed timescale. All data is held in a secure and backed up system and archived for three years for any future reference.

All reports produced by Lock Stock Inventories provides clients with a detailed description of the property, along with fixtures, fittings and furnishings together with a schedule of condition.
