Together we have 12 years of experience in the fitness industry teaching classes and personal training.

We have released 3 books on sugar, gluten, dairy, yeast free cooking and living based on personal experience of candida and the changes I had to make in my diet to control it. A guide to sugar and how to cut back written by Alison Beadle can be purchased via our website, Blurb, or IBook store.

We are members of the register or exercise professionals (REPS), Fitpro, and the willPower instructor network. We are fully insured and attend further training at least twice a year o keep our skills up to date.

Alison was recommended to me by a friend as a personal trainer and I am very very happy with her PT service which, due to distance, we do online. She is very knowledgable and tailors my sessions to deal with my individual objectives and physical niggles, so that I am seeing a great improvement in my fitness and overall condition. I have been using the online exercise classes since the first lockdown. The booking system is easy to use and communication about any schedule changes is prompt. Alison and Sid provide varied and interesting workouts week after week with awesome soundtracks that get you in the mood to move. The feedback they give is always spot on and great for ensuring that you are getting the most out of your workout. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, a real community vibe. Its great to see regular faces and catch up with how other people are doing. Thank you Sid and Alison for keeping me active through a year where it would have been so easy to never leave the couch!

Whilst I was put through the gruelling pain of exercise, I would protray the image of a petulant teenager because I did not want to face the "No Pain - No Gain". However, Sid would simply smile and I would admit defeat and undertake the necessary work which produced good results. People commented on the change in my body which was rather satisfying. Sid designed a programme which was easy and pertinent to my needs. This prevented me making any excuses for not doing these on my own. This was very important for me because I have a dual disability and was nervous about using the gym - not any more! I will be booking more sessions next Spring to enable me to achieve my next goal.

What these two don't know about Living Well is not worth knowing, this is their passion! Not a job and it shows. The session's have become part of my life not an excercise class and as result I look and feel 100% better.

Alison done a brilliant job in giving me personal training. She challenged me and I like a challenge, though I could feel it a few days later! She was great at correcting my posture and giving me tips. I've always played team sports then reverted to the gym but she made me use muscles I hadn't used before without straining my body but still toning it. She also gave me feedback and exercise postures/tips after our session which I am still using! Would highly recommend her services.
