Turned up when they said they would (female and male team) and fixed our leaking cistern within an hour which included going out for parts. Pleasant people. Very happy with price. Will definitely get them in for future work and would recommend to anyone.

LMP installed a toilet and shower in one day and made an excellent job of it. Reasonable charge and the service was excellent - There was very little mess and they were helpful and courteous throughout the day. Highly recommend LMP to any one wanting a first class job done.

We had a flood in the bathroom caused by a leak on the toilet; I called LMP having seen the reviews here. She came the next morning, and fixed the problem straight away - spot on service. In addition we had a leak on the shower, I asked her advice (i said if it's just the seal I can do it myself); she confirmed it was and even told me what to use to do the job! When she could have done the job herself to make more money. Exceptional service. Will be using LMP from now on.

Called Little Miss Plumber to fix a problem with hot water / boiler, Julia visited the next day; told me what the problem was and arranged for the part to be ordered. Great communication in the couple of days waiting for the part and then it was promptly installed and checked. Julia was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend Little Miss to anyone.

Central heating system had shut down,Julia came out on same day of posting my request,then came back the following day to fix the problem,and stayed around to make sure there where no further problems. Highly recommend this lady.

Ever heard of one of those plumbers who goes for a part, and never returns? ! Not this one! LMP arrived within minutes of the specified time and was extremely helpful and friendly. We immediately felt at ease. Julia was confident in what she was doing and didn't charge me through the nose at all. She tells me this wasn't a huge job (should mention I'm a guy) and simply craked on with the work without any hesitation. I'd highly recommend LMP to you. In fact, having seen some of her tiling handywork, we're already thinking about (and at the time of writing I've learned that the wife has placed an order) for having our bathrooms done again, thanks to the developer messing us around! Putting it simply, use LMP, we've got her card and won't be using anyone else!
