Do not use this company. We bought a trike that is faulty it leans to one side and is unsafe. After having it in writing saying they will accept my return ( as they should do) they have now said they will not accept it, said we set it up wrong, advise we mixed up 2 sets of bolts which is impossible for the wheels to stay on if we had and then said we damaged it. Gone to the ombudsman as they are now just ignoring my emails. Shocking company, poor service and poor quality product.

We fell in love with the pink travel system for our little girl. £250 we thought it was a bargain HOWEVER! The quality is awful, its thin, cheaply made, squeaks and is just not great overall. The hood of the pram seems to crack aggressively every time you try to either move it up or down, it jolts the whole pram, so when baby is sleeping it wakes them. Car seat feels extremely cheap and not very safe. Cannot find any information anywhere on the speed it was tested to, or even IF it was crash tested at all! We had to buy a Joie Tilt because of how flimsy this one feels. It looks cute, but just quality is bad. It's great that the carrycot changes into the little seat, it makes life easier, but it's all very thin, feels flimsy, and isn't great overall. If you're on a tight budget then sure, but the car seat definitely needs to be replaced.Moreexpand_more
