I have used links courier time and again and I must say the service that they offer is exceptional! The items I have arranged to be delivered always arrive just before or right on time. Dean the director of the company has gone far and beyond my companies expectations and is very flexible and can work around my high demands on a regular basis, which I’ve found quite hard to find in the past with other courier companies. My company had a parcel picked up and delivered to our offices which upon later inspection had arrived damaged. When we were invoiced a few days later we wished to discuss a discount due to the damage, however following talking to customer services we were met will very unhelpful and disinterested staff who were unwilling to even discuss the matter claiming that because we had received the delivery it was not their responsibility. This particular item was one of a kind so it was not as if we were going to send it back. Instead of being helpful we were met with hostility saying it was our fault and told that we could keep trying as much as we wanted but they would not help, even if we got our lawyers involved, their words not ours. If you are planning on using this company ensure you do not sign unless you are utterly happy with the product that has been delivered because, once you have apparently it is "no longer their responsibility".

I booked an urgent courier who it was promised would arrive within the hour. He didn't show up for over 3 hours, and when I pointed this out to the company director he told me I was ignorant and he would cancel the courier and still charge me if I made a complaint. He had a very old empty van and I paid over Addison Lee prices. AVOID.

Dean and his team were absolutely amazing. I had sent my passport to the DVLA but then later had a family emergency so needed it back urgently and not only did Dean and his driver quickly confirm that they could take the job, they were also very reasonably priced. Once at the DVLA, the Links team went above and beyond to retrieve my passport when the DVLA couldn't produce it, including offering to spend the night in Swansea to collect it in the morning - which I gratefully took them up on, and then received my passport very quickly after it was retrieved from the DVLA. Dean was very communicative and helpful, trying every possible avenue to get my passport back to me. He was very understanding and was very patient when I was crying and spluttering on the phone for 2 days solid! I could not recommend Links Couriers highly enough, and will not be using any other courier ever again, only Links.

We were in a total panic, and need to schedule a double pick up and then a drop off at very specific times. They were so helpful, patient, professional and CALM, even when I called back repeatedly as I had to change the details. They did the job perfectly, and saved the day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
