Honestly the most professional and thorough service I could have asked for. They came and packed all my stuff into their van with ease and unpacked into my new property with care. Absolutely would recommend if you want a job doing well.

We used this company from a recommendation from my son and we were not disappointed. All the staff were polite, friendly and courteous. We had packed everything ourselves as best as we could and everything else that wasn't they protected it with blankets. Where they truly excelled in there job was taking all my furniture down 4 flights of stairs countless times and not once did I hear them complain about it…Getting to the new property they then put everything in the right room, whether it was living room bedroom etc…At the final destination, not a single thing was damaged which is a testament to the sheer professionalism that this company adheres too. 100% would recommend Lightrock removals to family and friends, SUPERB JOB GUYS.

Just now. NEW. I first used Light Rock when I previously moved in Oct 2020. To be honest I chose them as they were sensibly priced and available at short(ish) notice. When it came to moving this time my choice was less random - there was no-one else I needed to call. Trevor and his fantastic team arrived on the dot of 9 am - methodically dismantled, wrapped and fully protected some much loved furniture and delicate personal items and moved us into our new home - without a glitch. They left us ' fully assembled ' at 9:15 PM and ready to enjoy our new life. Whilst I'm hoping that I won't be moving again for many years, I've happily recommended Light Rock Removals to my family and friends. Unlike some of the well known ' corporates ' they don't 'sting' you for silly extras and you get to deal with owner of the company.

Light rock did a fantastic job for our move into a new family home. We left it very short notice and that was not a problem, the price was good value and it was a stress free smooth process for us both before and on the day of our move. Extra items on the day were accommodated without any problems and all of our belongings (some of which were fragile and precious) were carefully handled and transported.

Due to delays with our flat sale, we found ourselves needing a removal company very last minute. I saw LightRock recommended in a local group so called the number. My partner and I were anxious and stressed by all the upheaval but Trevor was reassuring and professional, swooping in to save the day! On the day of the move, nothing was too much for him and his team. They carefully lifted the entire contents of our flat and tessellated it perfectly into his van, unloading with care and attention to detail at the other side. Couldn't fault anything. MARCH 2022: Wow! The Lightrock team have done it again! So good and efficient and very good value on the cost. This time we got them to pack as well and OMG what a godsend there were. Life is hard enough, when you have to move as well you need to make light work of it. LightRock make light work of moving house! Deffo recommended! ORIGINAL REVIEW IN JAN 2020: Honestly, the Lightrock team were exceptional. From taking all the pressure off of us during a pre-Christmas move to helping us pack, to nothing getting damaged in any way, to helping us get everything in the new house safe and sound. Utter legends. No brainer to use these guys. Thoroughly recommended.

Very pleased with this service. The 2 men that came to take our old furniture away were polite and friendly. Trevor managed to fit in with removal and delivery of new furniture on the same day, very convenient. Will recommend.
