I've have two excellent pregnancy massages from Eleonora, one at her place and also one when she came to my house and did a massage for both me and my best friend and I thoroughly recommend her services! Eleonora is very professional and takes time during her initial consultation to discuss any concerns or difficulties that you are experiencing during pregnancy. She put me at ease straight away and once she starts the massage she focuses on the areas that you discussed. The first time I had a massage I was so relaxed afterwards I had my first 6 hour sleep straight for months! She also is very knowledgable on all things baby and pregnancy related due to her doula qualifications and was able to offer me and my friend advice about giving birth which she followed up with an email after our session. I cannot sing her praises highly enough and hope that if you are reading this you will use my feedback as positive reassurance that her services are worthwhile!

I love massages by Eleonora, because they are so unique. I have never before managed to relax so deeply into my body and to release all the tension in my neck and shoulders. I can get a felt sense of what is happening at the blocked areas of my body and how my emotions contribute to that. Eleonora is so calm and present and dedicated, she is really giving her all in her work. Pre- natally and as a new mum, this is the best treat for my body. Really appreciated.

After our son was born via C-section, my wife’s recovery was understandably more difficult than we’d expected. Having Eleonora’s help was an absolute Godsend. Everything from caring for our son to helping with basic chores really helped with my wife’s recovery. Even after my wife was back on her feet Eleonora continued to be of immense value, with helpful tips, on the spot training, in depth knowledge and guidance. This gave us more confidence in regards caring for our son. I also benefitted from her explaining basic things to me such as how to use a sling to feeding routines etc. But the big headline was how well our son got on with her. Frankly every new mum deserves an "Eleonora"! She is kind, gentle, amazingly supportive, reassuring and above all hugely knowledgable. I had had real difficulties breastfeeding my first child and had stopped by the eight week mark. Eleonora offered support and advice that has helped me and my son find our way together and gain confidence in feeding. Eleonora has a lovely calming presence, we loved her, the kids loved her and I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Eleonora has been fantastic for me throughout my pregnancy. I have never had such a good massage - she understands the pregnant body so well and finds the areas where I need help without me having to say anything. She knows exactly how much pressure to use and leaves me feeling rejuvenated and uplifted after the session. She is such a calm presence that I can totally relax. I highly recommend her for any other pregnant ladies.

Eleanora was wonderful - a lovely, friendly, open and kind presence, she brought calm to us mums as well as the babies. The massage techniques were easy to follow and by the end of the 5 sessions I had a really good sense of what my baby liked and didn't like, and how I could incorporate baby massage into my day to day with baby. The best takeaway was a song we sang for massaging fingers! My baby liked the melody so much I now sing her to sleep with an adapted version - amazing!

Our baby (and I) really enjoyed the baby massage course! Eleonora is not only a very nice and calm person but also a fabulous teacher. Would 100% recommend!

I enrolled on the baby massage class with Life Touch Massage, with my 3 month old daughter. We absolutely loved it. The instructor was professional, warm and friendly. Because it's a group session its a great opportunity to talk to other mums. Since doing the class I find that the massage skills learnt has made my daughter much more relaxed. She sleeps very well almost every night and we have an even deeper bond. I would recommend this class to anyone. Thank you LTM.

Life Touch Massage is wonderful and I would highly recommend her services! Eleonora is fantastic and so flexible - whether your baby is grouchy, enjoying the massage, or asleep, Eleonora carries on teaching and adapts to your baby. She's very knowledgeable and full of useful tips which help with burping, tummy issues and even relaxing those super tight arms of babies! The course was thoroughly enjoyable and I would defenitely do it again!

We were so pleased to have found Eleonora as a post natal doula after the birth of our second child. All the family loved having her in the home. Her advice, warmth, help and excellent cooking enabled us to enjoy the precious early days. Ellie is incredibly professional and yet so personal, I really enjoyed this approach. I was Eleonora's client during my pregnancy and really enjoyed her pregnancy massage. It helped me to relax and stay fit. Even on my due date I was out and about walking long distances and feeling very comfortable in my body. Eleonora was also my doula during birth and she was excellent! In believe my extremly positive birth experience would not have been possible in the way it happened without Eleonora. She was with us for long 24 hours of my labour, took away fears and pressure from both myself and my partner, created a nice environment for me so I could concentrate on my labour. I managed to have a good natural birth without any medical intervention or medication and spent the majority of my time in water surrounded only by lovely Eleonora and my partner. For us it is very clear that we would try to get Eleonora as a doula for our second child as well. Julia.

I found this to be very informative as not only do you learn how to massage your baby you also learn a lot more about their general comfort and wellbeing. Eleanora is lovely and patient and I couldn't recommend her enough. On top of all that it was a great social event for the parents and babies too!

Eleanora taught four couples the skills of baby massage over five evenings held at parents' homes. She was flexible with location and times which made it possible for the dads to participate too. I have really enjoyed learning the techniques of massage for my daughter and my wife and I have been able to put it into practice easily. Although touch of life specialise in baby massages, I see Eleonora periodically for deep tissue massages to help relieve the strain of various injuries I have picked up over time. After each session I feel completely revitalised. I can't recommend Eleonora highly enough!

We hired Eleonora as our post natal doula and it truly was the best decision we made. We don't have family in London and having our first baby was exciting as well as daunting. Eleonora was there for us from the moment we came home with our son and provided invaluable support, love, care and understanding. She was such a reassuring person to have around with so much helpful advice to offer and simple being there to listen to me. She was never intrusive with her advice and offered this when asked for it. Eleonora provided practical support that gave us the confidence and self belief we needed as first time parents. On top of this, Eleonora also helped us with household chores while I got some rest with my baby, she cooked and cleaned and made sure I was eating all the right foods to keep me fit and healthy post labour. Even now, I still turn to Eleonora for advice and she has been so helpful, always giving me such a wealth of information and help. I was overwhelmed with all the conflicting advice from midwives, health visitors, books and friends and was confused as to how best I should look after my new baby. Eleonora helped me develop the confidence to rely on my own instincts, and I genuinely feel that I am a better mum because I am less anxious now and much more able to enjoy my daughter.

Eleonora was amazing for the last couple of months of my pregnancy and for the weeks afterwards. I've had a lot of massages in my life, and hadn't found anyone locally that really cut the mustard so when I found her it was a delight. She gave me some of the best massages I've ever had - they felt beneficial to my health and I slept better as a result. Also her experience as a Doula is really helpful as you know she fully understands and is considerate of what is happening to your body, particularly the last couple of days before and after birth. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed learning massage with Eleonora. The sessions were relaxed and fun and she had loads of helpful tips to share. Massage has become a regular special part of our day.

Eleonora acted as our doula during the birth of our daughter. She provided us with invaluable support antenatally, on the day our daughter was born, and postnatally. She was calm, nurturing, reassuring, helpful, and professional during every moment she spent with us. My husband and I felt incredibly well supported emotionally and practically. She did everything from whispering "well done" while rubbing my back as I worked through a difficult contraction to assisting with my luggage as we travelled to hospital. This allowed me to focus completely on delivering our baby and my dream scenario of a water birth came true. If I had experienced any complications, I am confident Eleonora's soothing and encouraging nature would have made a trying situation much more manageable. The birth of our daughter was a very positive and empowering experience for our family and we can't thank Eleonora enough for the role she played during this very special time in our lives.

I was introduced to Eleonora via my acupuncturist who recommended her once I got to 16 weeks. I have had several massages since, and every one is incredibly blissful and rejuvenating. I couldn't recommend Eleonora highly enough. I look forward to having a few more sessions before our baby arrives!
