They are happy to accommodate long and short journeys and arrive with a smile at the most unsociable hours possible. Denise has even researched and booked alternative taxis on our behalf when necessary - and keeps us fully informed of those details and contacts. She is always on time and when we have needed her in the middle of the night she always phones to check we are up. Beat that for service!

We had an excellent trip to Heathrow Airport and back with Nigel from Liberty Private Hire. He arrived on time at both ends and guided us to the Heathrow car park. He even helped by carrying one of our cases. I left my mobile phone in the minibus and he rang a friends number to check if I had lost mine. He reunited me with my phone at the airport. We regularly use Liberty Private Hire to collect and take our executives including myself to and from Leicester station. The service they provide is second to none no matter what the time of day or night. Even when there are unexpected changes or delays due to trains arriving late they are accomodated without a fuss, and pick up times and ETA are confirmed by text or call. The 8 seater vehicle provides a level of comfort and room that a normal car simply cannot. On one occasion after a long train delay - they even provided water in the vehicle! Top that.
