My laptop screen just went completely blank. I took it in at 10. 00am and it was ready for collection by 1. 30pm the same day with a brand new screen! . And at a very sensible price. Highly recommended, and excellent communications. Parking is easy and free too.

On a Sunday (of course) I cracked my laptop screen. I was under extreme pressure to get a project finished so panicked. I searched for repair services on my phone and prepared a list. First thing Monday I called a number of repair shops and had a variety of quotes and time frames, etc, some up to five days. Time for me was of the essence. I called PC Fix and spoke to a chap called Peter who said they had a number of screens in stock but would need to physically see the laptop to see if they were compatible. He made no promises but gave clear quotations and said it might be possible to replace the screen within 24 hours. I rushed to the shop before 10:30am…. Within 2 hours Peter called to say my laptop was repaired. I immediately went collect it; everything in perfect order, the price exactly as quoted and an immense weight off my mind. Fantastic service and so fast! Engineer attended my flat, diagnosed the issues I had with my laptop and took it away for repair. It was back the following day, fully fixed and working. Dropped a laptop in to determine why it wasn't working. Peter had a new hard drive installed, everything reloaded and was able to rescue all the old data on the same day. Excellent, friendly and well-priced service. A++++.

PC Fix was able to quickly detect a drive fault. A new drive and Windows 10 was installed. There was care to ensure all data was saved and reloaded in same user files. I am pleased with the speed and reliability of the PCFix service and would be happy to use again.

Very friendly, efficient and reliable service. My laptop was running slow on all tasks and driving me crazy. Peter kept me informed every step of the way. He encountered a few problems with the existing software, but fixed them and showed me how to use new operating system. He delivered the laptop back to my house. Absolutely fantastic service. My computer crashed completely - I found Peter through Google, and he was at my house within half an hour. The PC couldn't be repaired at home, as he suspected it needed a new motherboard. He took it with him, producing a job sheet there and then on his tablet, and an hour later, the problem was confirmed as a motherboard failure. A replacement was ordered and fitted; my data was backed up, the operating system reloaded, and my data and other programmes replaced. Peter then returned the system to me, and insisted on setting it back up and ensuring it was up and running. Every step of the way I was kept in touch with updates to my online job sheet. I had my screen repared through PC fix Brighton. Overall very happy with the service. The quality of work was exceptional, and speed of service was very quick. Peter worked around my availability and also collected and returned my laptop. Student discount was also available although the service was also reasonable without this. Would highly recommend the company.

Whilst working on a project and only had two days to complete it, my laptop decided to close itself down and not re-boot! I sent an email to Mobile-pc-fix in the early hrs of the morning, explaining i required urgent attention. They called first thing, came and collected laptop and returned it with a new bigger hard-drive and restored content. I was communicated with at all times, quoted a price and the laptop returned the same day. Excellent customer service all round.

Very good and speedy service would definitely use again if the need arose.
