Business Support Program.

Together with the business owner, Len will assist to develop a plan to grow the business and improve processes (Examples: Increase revenue, reduce costs, increase sales, train management, improve profits, etc) and develop the short, medium and long term goals, and the actions to achieve them. Coaching and mentoring is an integral part of the support program.

The business support program is flexible, both from a time and cost aspect and is tailored to suit the individual business owner's needs.

The support can take the form of a 'short term' project such as a business plan for raising funds for expansion, or more 'long term', such as expanding and or increasing profits, developing managerial or interpersonal skills, or developing and implementing a 'turnaround strategy'.

During the business support process it often happens that new issues requiring attention arise (Especially with new businesses or businesses under new management or ownership). In most situations, Len Blazey will be able to assist to resolve the issue as part of the original business support program.

Finally, there is a structured process with feedback that Len Blazey follows to ensure that the business moves steadily towards achieving the goals agreed to during the initial planning stage, whether they are personal development goals or business process improvement goals.
