Leigh House is beautiful it is set within lovely grounds and very accessible to both Leeds and Bradford both on the train and bus. The manager Sonia is pleasant and welcoming with a lovely can do attitude, indeed the whole team within the office cannot do enough for you to ensure your really looked after. Quality rooms, lovely and clean with air conditioning etc, the team are always looking to improve the office environment - you can see where your money is goinf.

Absolutley disgusted with the service received by Sonia Padgett and the "Owner" of Leigh House and Yournest Ltd, David Weaver. We were given a price on a 2 person office. Satisfied with the price we were invited to view the two person office. On arrival we were told there were no two person offices available however a 3 person office at an extra cost of over �200. We also initially mentioned in our requirements that we were looking to sign up for 6 months. We were told this was fine and that we were entitled to a month free. After our visit to the alleged two person office today, we were told this is not the case. I took our complaint to David Weaver and I believe I was professional yet assertive with my complaint. At no point do I believe I was rude and I had my Director sat next to me. I was told not to speak to him like a "gimp" and that he had no explanation for what had happened other than, "sometimes clients take something different to what they initially asked for". I can only assume they do not regard their clients requirements as important. Instead they try to hoodwink into spending more money. When I asked him why he thought I was speaking to him like he was a "gimp" he could not provide me with an explanation. At this point I was astounded and shocked that any company would speak to a prospective client in this manner.Apparantly I cannot take my complaint/telephone recording higher than Mr Weaver so I am expected to deal with the poor service we have received. I am absolutley disgusted. I believe this office to be designed towards start up businesses. Please be careful when considering this for your office location and ensure they are meeting the initial requirements you have requested!Moreexpand_more
