Rob has just completed the last of 5 rooms that he has fitted for us in our home (a mix of LVT and carpet). We approached Rob for samples and a quote for a bedroom carpet. The appointment was made and when it became apparent that he wasn't going to be able to archive it for reasons outside his control, he called to advise and rearrange. At the rearranged time he was there promptly, armed with samples of the colour range we had preselected and of various qualities. He advised a different installation method to better suit a wheelchair user and provided us with a very competitive with no pressure or obligation which we accepted. He placed the carpet on order while still with us and arranged an installation date around other works that needed to be completed. When the other works were completed ahead of time we contacted Rob to see if the installation could be pulled forward and Rob agreed to a Saturday Morning install even though he had a family event later that day. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently and Rob was the very model of professionalism. We were so impressed we have already lined him up for another room later in the year. Brilliant service, excellent value for money, we had lounge, dining room, stairs and landing carpeted, and have booked to have the rest of the house fitted. Rob fitted a carpet in my parent’s ensuite and provided an excellent service from start to finish – taking the time to advise on carpet suitability, ordering it and subsequently fitting it within our timescale. Rob was professional, very friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and respectful as well as kind. Having noticed that one of our existing carpets was a little loose and a potential trip hazard, Rob remedied the problem at no extra cost.
