We heavily relied on them to deliver the project successfully as we both work full time and have a daughter with no time for build, LCCL construction construction made sure all it is executed perfectly to our expectations and timelines, design took 3 months, the build itself construction part was completed very quickly within a month whole extension was build externally and internally took a other month and half including kitchens and windows which was very impressive. After a frustrating experience with local architect and contractor, who accomplished very little over a year, I was relieved to find and hire LCCL for my home renovation. In just 6 months, LCCL transformed my musky, damp, dark, 1900s mid-terrace house into a modern, clean living space. Their work included a loft conversion, full rear extension, patio installation, exterior rendering fixes, new doors and windows, and a complete overhaul of electrics and plumbing. They even removed the unsightly woodchip wall and ceiling interiors which I struggled to live with, a cleaning nightmare. LCCL provided a comprehensive management package, taking over building control assessments, boundary wall party agreements, coordination with architects and structural engineers, and designing the bathroom and kitchen. They used top-quality materials and trusted third parties, staying within my budget, which resulted in a significant improvement in the home's structural integrity. I was recommended LCCL construction by a neighbour who has used their design and build services to a rear house extension and loft conversion. Having seen their work in action I was also very impressed with the whole process and quality of the build. I then decided to invite LCCL construction to find out what would cost be for my house rear extension and loft conversion and after I received the costs I then decided to sign up to their services for design and build of ground floor extension and loft conversion. The various teams of builders, consultants was fantastic and they was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, they also done an excellent job management of the whole build working like clockwork. They was respectful of my property and belongings as well as neighbours. Communication from management was excellent too. Building control signed of the build and we received all certificates. I have also left it a while before writing this review to find out if they will attend the property after completion and they did, they rectify issues as expected. Loft conversion, house extension and interior renovation completed to our home in Whetstone, North London. We are very happy with the results that LCCL construction designed and build for us. We engaged with LCCL Construction to get our loft conversion and house extension project going. The whole process was explained to us in a straight forward way including how the design stages work, timescales, what to expect during the build and the costs involved. We signed up for the full architecture design and construction services as we preferred to have everything delivered by one company.
