We have been members of the Society of Will Writers in the past and our advisor based in the West Midlands, Karl Smith Dip PFS Certs CII (MP and ER) is a fully qualified financial advisor with The Chartered Insurance Institute.

We provide various services including Will writing, Powers of Attorney, Property Trusts (to help avoid forced property sales to cover care home fees), Asset Protection Trusts, Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning advice, Probate and Executor services and secure Document Storage.

We currently have a fantastic offer in place for Lasting Power of Attorney:

Single LPA £99.
Two LPAs for £180.
Four LPAs just £350 (couples taking out both Health and Welfare and Property and Financial Affairs).

- all LPAs will cost an additional £82 each, to register at The Office of the Public Guardian, unless you qualify for an exemption by being in receipt of an acceptable form of benefit.
