Very good service. All the repairs, maintenance and replacement of batteries on our Apple devices were completed promptly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Mark was cheerful and obliging in his approach.

RUBBISH. Don`t use. Collected my money quick but took weeks to fix and when fix still didnt do it right.

Desktop computer became unusable and I suspected a hard-drive failure. Laptop PC Repair Herts came to my home, collected the equipment and telephoned me the next day with the outcome of their diagnostics. It wasn't a hardware issue but conflicting software. A clean install was required and computer was returned the following day. Overall a fast, efficient service - thank you.

My daughter's laptop stopped working at a critical time for her uni studies -over revision and exam time. We received a courteous, cheerful and efficient service from Mark and the team who replaced the hard drive at a very reasonable price by the following day. The pick up from home and drop off service was also really appreciated. I would recommend this company without reservation-it was really a pleasure to deal with them. What can I say great service, called monday morning, by 2. 30pm disc drive problem sorted. All done remotely didn't even have to leave my chair. The repair man was very professional and guided me through everything he did 20 minutes later all done, now I have all my photos and downloads back again. 5 stars.

I have been very impressed with this company's attitude and level of service. I called them in for my laptop screen not working and they promptly collected it and quoted for the repair and equally promptly returned the item. There was an associated issue with my (old) printer, which would not talk to the repaired laptop. This company's engineer spent time on the telephone trying to fix it remotely and, when this did not work, he visited my home for almost 2 hours and tried various things until he got it working. I offered to pay for this extra work (because the printer really was not their fault) but this offer was refused. The engineer also offered information and advice about other related matters, all for free. My experience is that the company is totally reliable because they always kept to the time they said that they would telephone or call. I would certainly use them again when the need arises.
