Lancing Electrical Services is a family based Business based in Lancing, we cover the whole of West Sussex and have a reduced hourly rate for local work, we consider Shoreham to Worthing and everywhere inbetween to be local.
All our Electricians are fully Qualified and spent at least 3 years on a apprenticeship and completed there NVQ. 3 Diploma, we dont employ employ Domestic Installers who have only done a 6 week course.
We believe each job should be priced individually and fairly and not just have a generic price per job, therefore we believe you will find us to give very competitive prices for all the little jobs as well as larger more involved works.
We are happy to give a free estimate for any size job so even if it is as small as replacing a light or broken socket give us a call or contact us via our email address, We are fully insured.
What we are particularly known for locally is our Electrical Testing Reports which are required for most property sales and piece of mind if you have moved in to a new property, these are often called EICR Electrical Installation Condition Report, PIR Periodic Inspection Reports or Landlords Electrical Safety Certificates, these commonly range in price from £95 to £185 free no obligation quotes available.

We first used Ricky as his flyer said ‘No job to small’ he expertly changed some light switches for us, then he changed a plug socket and on his third visit he put power into our garage and connected our tumble dryer. He is reliable, knowledgeable and honest too and offers good advice. His services are at reasonable rates also. Will only ever use him in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

I contacted Ricky after reading his excellent reviews. He has put up outside lights above my garage and in my garden, replaced lights in my bedrooms, hallway, kitchen and utility room and installed a new socket.
